Student Ministry Yard Sale
Our Student Ministry will be having a Yard Sale at 440 Saxon Blvd on Friday May 16 and Saturday May 17 from 9am -2pm. If you have any items you would like to donate for this fund raiser please contact T. Golden @ tgolden@cfl.rr.com to arrange a time to pick up your items or when to bring them to the church. Attn Students: A volunteer sheet will be available for you to sign up to help with the Yard Sale beginning this Wednesday April 30 after the High School Service.

"D.O.G. POUND"
The "D.O.G. (Disciples of God) POUND"is the Middle School Student Ministry Worship Service. Events include games, music, and Bible Study for 6th - 8th grade from 6:30 - 8:00pm Wednesday evenings.
Pastor Allen Foxworth, Associate Pastor/Student Pastor
Pastor Allen Foxworth has been involved with Student Ministry since 1988. He taught in various high schools and middle school from 1979 to 2003 until he moved to Deltona from a church in Baker, LA.
Pastor Allen grew up in New Orleans, LA. He earned his BS degree from University of Southern Mississippi 1979, and his MEd degree from Southeastern Louisiana University 1984. He earned his certification in Guidance and Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1991. He also earned a Masters of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
He is presently working on D. Ed. Min from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He served in Operation Desert Storm with the 433d Military Police Company in Mainz, Germany.
He is married to Lorna and he has 2 children. Daughter Jessica graduated from Denham Springs High School and Louisiana College. His son Steven graduated from Pine Ridge High School and is currently attending University of Mobile on a four-year basketball scholarship.
