Noteworthy Women of the Bible

Women are important to God!!!

Come and learn what God has to say to us today
through women of Scripture.

In this detailed study of noteworthy women of the Bible we will learn that God has called today's woman to play a significant role in society, in the home, and in the church. We will learn from their mistakes and victories to discover that the blessings of God are heaped upon the woman who faithfully trusts the Lord in all situations.

From some of the women we study we will learn such principals as:

The battle is not yours, but the Lord's - Deborah
Useable to God wherever He places us - Esther
Following God after failure - Eve

Each women studied is a mini study in and of itself so come as you can and get the blessing of what God has to say to you personally.

Child care provided for children 4 and under. DLBC is the place to be on a Saturday Night.

Love & Respect

It is said that the breakdown of society today is a direct result of God being pushed out of government, schools, and homes. Most Christian leaders today are crediting the breakdown of the family as one of the main contributing factors for the lack of respect, and the education and understanding of the Christian faith and values.
New Schedule for this class will be announced at a later date.

Celebrate Recovery Group

Celebrate Recovery
Welcome Newcomers
The purpose of DLBC Celebrate recovery is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the eight recovery principles found in the Beatitudes and Christ-centered 12 steps. This experience allows us to be changed. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our life problems.

By working the Christ-centered steps and applying their biblical principals found in the Beatitudes, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others.

As we progress through the principals and the steps we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power- Jesus Christ.

Welcome to an Amazing Spiritual Adventure!
Celebrate Recovery Small Groups Can:

• Provide you with a safe place to share your experiences, strengths, and hopes with others who are going through a Christ-centered recovery.

• Provide you with a leader who has gone through a similar hurt, hang-up, or habit, that will facilitate the group as it focuses on a particular principle each week. The leader will also keep Celebrate Recovery’s five “ rules”.

• Provide you with the opportunity to find an accountability partner or a sponsor.

• Encourage you to attend other recovery meetings held throughout the week.
